We recommend booking 4-6 weeks out for smaller events and 2-3 months out for larger corporate events, weddings, or anything during peak season (spring and fall in Tampa Bay). That said, we've pulled off events on much shorter notice , reach out and we'll tell you what's possible.
When you plan with us, we: * Handle all booking and planning of all facets of the event you've selected us for including permitting for tents, temporary assembly and any other requirements * Schedule vendors with the right cuisine and production capacity for your event * Coordinate site requirements and logistics with each vendor * Handle site planning and placement * All vendors we work with have been thoroughly vetted and carry general liability and commercial auto insurance, and we monitor compliance with food truck and food safety regulations.
